Common Issues and Solutions
Connection Problems
If your sensor won't connect to the app:
- Ensure the sensor is properly powered on
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Check that you enabled location permission on your phone
- Try removing and re-wearing the sensor
- Restart the FITIZENS app
- If problems persist, try restarting your phone
Sensor Detection Issues
If the app can't find your sensor:
- Check that the sensor's battery isn't low
- Ensure the sensor is within range of your phone

LED Indicator Guide
The sensor's LED light indicates its status:
- No Light: Sensor is off or battery is dead
- If your sensor is touching your skin and the light is not on, it means the battery is dead. Please replace the battery.
- If your sensor is not touching your skin and the light is not on, it means the sensor is off. Please make sure you are wearing it correctly.
- Blinking Red:
- Normally it blinks when you first put on your sensor. If it blinks for more than 3 seconds, please check if the sensor is on and try to connect it again.
- Red Flash:
- Means there's an issue with the sensor. Please check if the sensor is on and try to connect it again. If the issue persists, please contact Support.
